Massage Therapist

Charlie has trained in various soft tissue and mobilization techniques. She is highly experienced with over 9 years of working. She has trained extensively with a strong understanding of anatomy and the role of the nervous system.

She is also a trained energy worker adding another depth to the practice. She is trained in Craniosacral therapy, which is a great compliment to to treatments.

Additional training includes in TMJ release, pregnancy, abdominal massage, breath work training, diaphragm release work. She has worked in world class Member's spaces in London and for High end clients
