Hello! My name is Mika.

After meeting many different therapists on a family trip to India, the idea of relieving people's physical discomfort through manual therapy inspired me greatly.

< I came home and began to study Swedish massage, followed by kinésitherapy, graduating in 2011 at 19 years old. Since then, I’ve continued learning through various courses, self teaching and being coached by other therapists.

I believe what makes me a good therapist is my ability to listen well, with my hands as well as my ears, adapt to my clients, and stay humble and continuously curious.

What else? I absolutely love rock climbing. I’ve been doing it for the past 10 years and hope to continue for as long as possible. My top values include growth, freedom, compassion and authenticity.
