Hi! I’m Rebecca, a certified Yoga teacher (200)

My mission is to help empower people to live their best lives free of physical and emotional pain, full of movement, and with an open heart. I apply what I've learned in mind and bodywork in an honest, educated, and intuitive way.

I offer functional yoga to individual clients for daily movements and kinesthetics. I always do an intake as the first appointment so that I can devise a custom session for them.

I’m a 200-hour yoga instructor, CEU certified in multiple neuromuscular and myofascial courses, 2nd degree Reiki certified, I am a board certified Hypnotherapist, and I have an arsenal of mind and body work tools to add to the therapy session.

Nothing makes me happier than to bring relief to the people that I serve and I devote my life to learning ways to give that to you!
