Hi, my name is Ananda. I am a registered Kripalu Yoga instructor, NY State Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Ayurveda Specialist and continuing Ed. Instructor based near Albany NY. With over 13 years of experience in the field of healing arts, Ananda holds certifications in many modalities of Massage Therapy from the east and west, Ayurveda, Positional Therapy, Hot/Cold Stone Therapy, spa treatments and more. Knowing the well of healing is endless and ever fulfilling, she aims to leave her clients blissful, balanced and pain free

The Body Treatments I offer are:

* Full body wraps - Botanical Mud smoothes, firms and draws impurities out of your skin whereas Seaweed and blue-green algae hydrate and dotox the body!

* Full body scrubs – Sloshes away years of dead skin revealing younger, softer smoother skin. Available in Himalayan & Dead Sea Salt, or Lavender-Vanilla Sugar-

Also ask about face masks, foot scrubs, mix n matching, and adding massage to your body treatments for and added luxury. I look forward to meeting you :)
