Massage Therapist

Inspired by Western and Eastern techniques, Jessica’s strong massages include a rich mix of Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Chinese reflexology, and Indian head. A fully relaxing massage that gets deep into muscles, works out tension, and helps eliminate toxins and stress to give you a feeling of surreal contentment and peace.

Jessica worked as a professional contemporary dancer for stage and television until stage fright ceased her performing career and led her to open her own holistic therapy dance and wellness studio. After a decade of running her business she realized there was more to life than numbers and paperwork, and so she sold her ‘life’ to travel the globe doing what she loves: encouraging and motivating people from all walks of life to look good and feel great with balanced energy through yoga, Pilates, massage, and reflexology.

Now settled back in West Yorkshire, and blessed with a happy soul, Jessica also enjoys working as a special needs primary school classroom teacher with 7-11 year old children with severe autism
