Aloha, my name is Shelby!

I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin along with Meditation and Reiki.

I’m now located here on Maui to spread aloha and practice body work. I can travel to you (any where on Maui) or I have a complete set-up in my house. I’m trained in swedish, deep tissue, lomilomi, myofascial release, prenatal, and cupping. *I’ve been told I’m tiny but mighty!*
