I AM AN INTUITIVE FEMALE HOLISTIC BODYWORKER/EMPATH/MASSAGE THERAPIST. I AM A HOLISTIC HEALER/WELLNESS PRACTITIONER, USING MY SENSE OF TOUCH AS A TOOL FOR HEALING. MASSAGE THERAPY TO ME IS A HEALING ART~FORM; IT IS MEDICINE FOR THE BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT.

LIKE MUSIC, WHEN DONE PASSIONATELY AND FROM THE HEART, IT CAN TRULY GO BEYOND PAIN RELIEF, IT CAN ALSO RE-BALANCE, REVITALIZE AND HEAL ONE FROM OUTSIDE AND WITHIN. NEVER FORGETTING THE TRINITY OF BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT~~~

FIRST HAND, I AM A STUDENT OF LIFE, APPRENTICING UNDER MY FATHER. HE PRACTICED BODYWORK, PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR MORE THAN THIRTY YEARS AND STARTED ONE OF THE FIRST MASSAGE THERAPY PRACTICES IN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA. THEN, I WENT TO SCHOOL AT ST. PAUL TECHNICAL COLLEGE TO TEST OUT AND RECEIVE THE CERTIFICATION I NEEDED TO OFFICIALLY PRACTICE MASSAGE THERAPY MYSELF.

MY FAVORITE MODALITIES ARE RELAXATION, SWEDISH, INTEGRATIVE, SPORTS AND THERAPEUTIC BODYWORK. AS FOR MYSELF, THIS IS MUCH MORE THAN A CAREER, IT IS A WAY OF LIFE!
