Massage Therapist

I have been a Self Employed Remedial Massage Therapist since 2011 and have managed to build a sustainable career.

Highlights have included touring with Riverdance and working with Sesame Street Workshop, massaging the Puppeteers behind Elmo and the Cookie Monster! I regularly work on BBC Productions as well as working at an array of UK Festivals in the Summer.

I have always been intrigued by the Body, Mind connection and after studying Psychotherapy, I do believe emotions can get trapped in the body and can even cause illness. I believe massage not only helps you maintain the body and release muscle tension, but it also helps release emotions and calms you. I see massage as a very therapeutic process.

My skills include Deep Tissue work, Trigger Points, Reflexology and Acupressure.
