It was love that brought Jessica to D.C. in June 2015, and it is love that constantly inspires her, its teachings at the heart of each of her classes and private sessions.

Jessica’s been spreading her flavor of love since completing her first teacher training in Brooklyn in 2011.

Since then her creative sequencing, coupled with fun, eclectic soundtracks, have become her hallmark, helping to bring a sense of joy and playfulness to her well-rounded classes.

With a focus on proper alignment, Jessica's clear verbal cues and enthusiasm will allow you to feel safe and strong in each pose. She meets students where they are at, but pushes them when she knows they can go deeper; if working with or recovering from an injury, she will modify poses and tailor exercises to specifically target the area that requires special attention.

Expect to gain more flexibility and strength when working with Jessica, while also developing a deeper, calmer awareness of both the body and mind. Having taught in Toronto, Mexico, throughout New York, and now D.C., she has been known to create a supportive environment no matter her location, enabling you to become more fully present.

Jessica has over 500 hours training, and is also prenatal certified for all you beautiful mamas-to-be.
