Hi, I’m Dawn originally from Gloucestershire but now living in South Manchester.

I have always had a passion for health and well-being and took my first aerobics class at the age of nineteen. I taught a wide variety of classes before I qualified as a Personal Trainer, this has given me many years of experience in how the body works and functions. After ending a career in teaching in further education I have put my skills and experience to further use in gaining my VTCT sports massage qualifications.

I listen to the needs of each client and adapt my massage techniques to suit them whether they require a deep tissue/sports massage or a more relaxing Swedish one. It is important to me that every client feels they have had a positive experience and that their condition has improved before they leave.

Dr. Dot was recommended to me by a colleague and I am very happy to have been accepted as part of the team.
