Dr. Sarb has been in practice since 1997 and has a private practice with multiple satellite office locations in Northern California.

Besides his private practice, he has a Private Concierge practice, which brings his specialty services to executives, athletes, and celebrities. On-call with direct access 24/7, his clientele get advanced treatments in a house-call, office-call, or at training facilities; which is at par to his in office private practice treatments and care programs.

Providing on-call chiropractic and soft tissue rehabilitation, Dr. Sarb brings what he needs with him to his location. On-call services can include access to the following:

- Full Spinal Treatments – Manual and Instrument Assisted Depending on Need.

- Full Extremity Treatment – Elbows, Wrists, Shoulders, Knees, Hips

- Soft Tissue Mobilization Using Graston and other related Techniques

- Muscle Release Techniques, like ART and other muscle stretching.

- Kinesio Taping using Rocktape or the like.

- Advance notice gigs can also request Deep Tissue Laser Therapy
