I’m Dr. Laura. A graduate of CMCC in Toronto, I’ve been practicing chiropractic since 2004. I own a Chiropractic Wellness Clinic where our mission is to help people “evolve toward optimal health”. I look forward to helping YOU get well!

I’m versed in a variety of techniques to meet your needs. My tool box includes chiropractic manual adjusting techniques for the spine and extremities, Activator, and drop piece adjustments.

I'm also trained in Acupuncture and Active Release Techniques. Beyond chiropractic, I have a background in fitness and nutrition, including exercise prescription.

A little more about Dr. Laura’s Professional Background:

My personal interest in fitness and health lead me to pursue a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo.

I decided that natural health care was going to be my focus - Chiropractic. While I studied chiropractic, I worked as a fitness supervisor and personal trainer helping clients evolve toward their optimum level of fitness. I’m personally involved in the fitness industry and have incorporated my love for fitness in my practice. In practice, I’m passionate about educating patients on the importance of proper nutrition, exercise and living a healthy lifestyle.

Upon receiving my Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2004, I went on to practice in the Niagara area. Armed with training in Acupuncture and Active Release Techniques®, I became well versed in treating musculoskeletal disorders related to the spine, nervous system and joints. I also worked with athletes helping them improve biomechanical function and enhance their overall conditioning and performance.

A few years into practice, my “travel bug” set in and I moved to Australia for a few years. Traveling throughout Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Southeast Asia was a true personal growth experience. Professionally, I had the opportunity to expand my clinical knowledge by working in numerous clinics as a locum and then as an associate in a very busy clinic.

Upon returning to Canada, I opened my own Chiropractic Wellness Clinic. It’s been an amazing journey! We see a variety of populations – athletes, performers, families and children. Armed with a full toolbox and a holistic approach to wellness, I am committed to providing you with quality care and a positive experience, to help you get well and stay well.
