Sheila is a licensed Massage Therapist in Florida, she prides herself on her ability to care and listen to the needs of others. Sheila believes in customizing every massage session towards each individual by using different modalities to get the best results for her clients.

Sheila graduated from The Institute for Therapeutic Massage, in Newark New Jersey, in 2012, completing 650 hour program to become a certified massage therapist. In the summer of 2012, Sheila joined a prestigious gym in Newark NJ., where she worked on men and women who suffered from sports injuries, muscle tension and various ailments, which she would utilize her sports massage and stretching techniques.

Sheila wanted to expand her clientele, by the end of the summer she joined a Spa in the Hilton Hotel in NJ., catering to Clients who had a need for Swedish, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and wanted to find tranquility.

In 2013 Sheila joined another high end spa Northern NJ., where she focused on therapeutic massage such as Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, and Muscle energy techniques.

Sheila has networked with Seton Hall University health awareness day in 2012, and with the YMCA promoting health and wellness and the benefits of massage therapy. Sheila in keen on continuing her education and developing more skills that can benefit her clients and keep her in tuned on new modalities that will maximize the client’s experience.

Sheila is passionate and wants her clients to feel comfortable, satisfied and know they can trust her skills.
