Hello, I’m Cat.

I have been enjoying the practice and study of yoga, dance movement and preventative wellness for over fifteen years.

I specialize in Yin, Restorative, Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini (Kriya) and Vinyasa. Any or all of the above can be blended into one session depending on what is best for you. My background includes a well-versed understanding of anatomy, energy meridians, philosophy, reflexology, myofascial release, pranayama (breath work), mudras, mantras and meditation.

Assists and partner yoga methods comparable to Thai massage are introduced to assist in relaxing into deepening poses, gently open joints and relieve stressed muscles. In ‘04 I became a master practitioner of a healing technique that is effective in dissolving patterns within us that translate as the experience of pain. Some people treated by this energy have reported alarmingly quick recovery from injuries.

I adore a wide range of musical styles and artists; especially anything rare or unusual. If it makes me want to sing along, sway, dance, laugh and/or smile, even better. A dear friend of mine is also a Los Angeles music producer so I have met a few beloved artists, but a good friend never spills the beans!

I look forward to helping you to extract the strongest medicines possible from your own inner-pharmacy. Together we will explore how awareness, skeletal alignment and cultivation of movement with breath is vitally important in helping us to strengthen and repair bone, fascia ligament and muscles as well as stay delightfully calm, yet joyfully alert. Let us live for many long, happy, relaxed years by elongating our breath and thereby extending our lives.
