Chiropractor

A Minnesota native, and a 1991 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO, I received a perfect score on my first state board exam for Adjusting Technique. Since then, I’ve added over 20 years of clinical experience adjusting thousands of people, further honing those adjusting skills.

Being a life-long musician myself, married to a professional singer-songwriter-musician, and with 4 sons who are all musicians, I’ve had a lot of contact with many professional musicians, artists, engineers, “roadies” and the like for many years. These people have a unique world that doesn’t have time for physical dysfunction and pain. Therefore, whether it’s spine, shoulders, hips, knees, elbows, fingers, jaws or toes, getting the right adjustment made when & where it’s needed can be key to their success.

I’m a former competitive swimmer, diver and gymnast, and a coach in those sports for 20 years, giving me a unique perspective on human function & performance that many people don’t have. Sports & physical fitness have remained important in my life, and I still do flips on my trampoline, and even compete in inline skate marathons! By contrast, I worked in nursing homes for several years and have deep compassion for those with special needs. I’ve cared for elite athletes, professional dancers, weekend warriors, and everything from newborns to 90-somethings.

For those of you who know certain chiropractic techniques, my techniques of choice are: Diversified, Chiropractic BioPhysics, Thompson (Drop), Logan Basic, Activator, Gonstead, Pierce, Pettibon, & AK.

Experience, passion, compassion & skill are what I bring to the table with every adjustment I give. Ready to serve you in San Diego, Southern California, or wherever else you’d have me to come.
