My name is Sheila and I was born and raised in southeastern Michigan but I currently live in Nashville.

I am better known as She-She to family and friends. A name given to me by my amazing nephew Caleb who is ten years old. He is a music freak like me and is truly a walking wikipedia on all things rock/metal. My brother and I were adopted at ages two and three and we are only ten months apart.

I am truly blessed that I have them both in my life. I have been doing massage since 2003 and it really has been a great way to channel my sensitivity into something useful. I specialize in deep tissue massage, myofascial release and reflexology. I am strong, really strong and love doing deep work. I have worked in both therapeutic and spa atmospheres. My passions are animals and music and always had a strong connection to both.

I own a beautiful Chow chow named Cha Cha who looks like a lion. And yep she's got the attitude that matches. I am so excited to be a part of the Dr. Dot team and feel super lucky to be given this opportunity.
