Christy has been in the Healing Arts for 12 years.

Structural Integration is the foundation and focus of her bodywork along with Cranial Sacral, Pre-Natal, Shiatsu and Thai. She is also a neck and shoulder specialist. She delivers her sessions with logical/intuitive intelligence coming across simultaneously both with strength and sensitivity.

The results are the unraveling of old fascial patterns, the release of core tensions, greater flexibility, lightness in the body, and sustainable long term healing.

Christy works DEEPLY like a fine tuned surgeon and follows the patterns of tension as they appear throughout the body. Working systematically she lengthens and purifies the fascia, restoring movement to a new balance within gravity.

Old traumas find release, overused muscles unwind....and the mind finds its resting point.

The result? Balance, Integrity, Peace.
