Massage Therapist

I am Annemarie, 31 years old and living in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

2 years ago I met a man from Indonesia who is a master in Pencak Silat (which is not only a fight sport, but also a way of living with as a target inner peace/power and spiritual balance). He taught me how to massage and I still go to him almost every 2 weeks. Shortly after I met him I bought my own massage-chair and worked at festivals and on the beach (when it’s not raining ;). I met a lot of interesting people and everything came to me so automatically that it almost scared me… Now 2 years later I know it’s my thing to do and I can say now that I’m pretty good actually ☺ I worked last winter as a massage-therapist in Austria (I am crazy about skiing) and at the moment I work in Hotels and a several different Massage Centres in Amsterdam. My massages are a combination of Deep tissue, Shiatsu and relaxing.

I heard about Dr. Dot through a friend of mine and after I wrote here a letter I went to Berlin where we massaged each other. It was really nice to meet here and after I convinced her that I don’t smoke a joint every day (a myth about people from Amsterdam) she told me that I was in the team!;) I think it’s really cool what she accomplished and how she organises everything. Girlpower!
