Hi, my name is Dianne and I am a licensed massage therapist based in Florida and Virginia, with Maryland coming soon.

I specialize in sports-related bodywork, Myofascial techniques, and lymphatic-focused work to help relieve tension, support recovery, and keep the body functioning at a high level… especially during demanding schedules like touring.

I understand how taxing travel, long sets, and inconsistent rest can be on the body. My work is focused and intentional, whether you need targeted treatment for specific areas or full-body work to reset and keep you going. With almost two decades of hands-on experience, I’ve worked with a range of clients dealing with chronic tension, fatigue, and performance-related strain. Every session is customized based on what your body needs in that moment, whether that’s focused therapeutic work or full-body relaxation.

I’m passionate about helping people feel better in a real, practical way and I’m proud to be part of the Dr. Dot team. I look forward to working with you.
