Chris is a highly experienced massage therapist dedicated to helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives through the transformative power of massage. Her journey into massage began with the experience of profound relief and renewed well-being that she experienced through bodywork which inspired her to share its healing benefits with others.

A licensed and certified massage therapist for 20+ years, Chris completed her professional training at the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork. Chris creates customized sessions that focus on relieving pain, tension, and stress and her approach is always tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

With a background in running and yoga, Chris brings a deep understanding of the body. She is particularly skilled at working with active individuals who want to move more freely, recover faster, or simply feel better in their daily lives. Her calm energy, extensive experience, and professionalism have made her a trusted therapist for everyone from everyday clients to pro athletes and performers.
