Hello, I am Carmen

I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2019 specializing in the modalities of sport massage, deep tissue, cupping, hot stones, and have done various corporate chair events.

For the past 15 years, I have been a certified personal trainer and have trained various clients in weight loss and weight management, body sculpting and toning, mobility and strength training. I was also a certified fitness instructor and taught various classes in Zumba, TRX, spin, cycling, and body sculpting. Also, I have obtained various metals and trophies as a professional bodybuilder competitor.

My passion and mission is to help clients in a holistic way by listening to their specific needs and tailoring the session with that goal in mind. Whether the client has lower back issues, joint, frozen shoulder, insomnia, poor circulation, etc. Each session will be tailored and designed for their needs.
