Kayla in Minneapolis (greater Minneapolis area), MN + St. Paul, USA

Massage Therapist

Kayla is a licensed & certified Massage Therapist & Reiki Master.

She received her massage certification from a Massage School in Minnesota & also learned alternative modalities as a chiropractic assist. She has always had an interest in bodywork & found that she has a natural affinity for it.

Additionally, her time as a collegiate athlete, playing volleyball at William Penn University, influenced her decision to pursue it as a career after facing injuries she learned how to heal from.

Kayla integrates many alternative therapies into her practice, including fascia recalibration based on a client’s individual needs. A certified cupping technician, she can administer cupping with advance notice.

She enjoys learning new modalities and is currently pursuing craniosacral therapy certification.  

Her personal interests include sound and energy healing, road trips, mountain biking, horseback riding, and hiking.
