Hey Tracie here. Thank you for taking the time to browse my bio. I’ve been a massage therapist for 12 years as an independent contractor.

I specialize in deep tissue. I offer 2 types of massage. One being the usual full body massage. The other I call a targeted based massage. Which means we will spend the allotted time working on your problem areas.

I find this type of massage to be the most effective. Since graduating in 2011 I have taken many continuing education classes. During your massage I will combine what I learned in school, my continuing education classes, and experience to customize a massage for you that will optimize your individual needs and results. I offer cupping, deep pressure, and facilitated stretching.

I’ve lived in the Marion/Cedar Rapids area almost my entire life. I plan on covering Eastern Iowa.

While writing this bio I remembered I used to work on the lead singer for the band, Done with Tuesday. This was a local band I absolutely loved. I went to nearly every show. Her neck/upperback/shoulders would always get super tight.

So between sets I worked on her. We all come from humble beginnings. Where is the band now? They broke up, right after I bought a new band t-shirt.
