Hi my name is Lisa. I've had the pleasure of being a Massage Therapist & Holistic Practitioner for 14 years.

I consider it a HUGE privilege to be a facilitator of healing. My goal is to provide each client with a massage that provides pain relief, relaxation & increased range of motion. I practice over 18 modalities of massage & alternative healing techniques including but not limited to......

Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, PNF Stretching, Sports, Active Release, Structural Integration, Tui Na, Shiatsu, Gua Sha, Cupping, Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Herbology, Sound Healing, Reiki, Breathwork, Meditation. I am an intuitive, compassionate, caring, friendly person. I am excited to meet you & help you find your Zen!
