Hi, my name is Sandra.

I saw my journey into massage therapy take its first steps almost a decade ago on a busy street in Bangkok. There, I received my first massage ever.

Inspired by the enriching interaction with such amazing therapists, I've ended my tour there ever more compelled to learn about massages and their effect on the body, mind and soul.

Back in the UK, I dove into complementary therapies to then be able to carry out Swedish, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy and reflexology in 5-star hotels and clinics.

I added sports therapy to my repertoire a few years later when I realized a more clinical element was missing. This element allowed me to profoundly understand muscles and soft tissue, in general, to help clients meet their needs more wholesomely.

Having experienced both holistic and clinical therapy, I've recognized that a balanced approach of the two works best for the individual.

Today, I can offer unique treatments through a combination of massage techniques/styles, aromatherapy and massage tools like hot stones, bamboo and guasha.

I look forward to offering you a complete and profound treatment.
