Hi! I’m Rebecca, licensed massage therapist, hypnotherapist, yoga teacher (200), and food healing instructor.

My mission is to help empower people to live their best lives free of physical and emotional pain, full of movement, and with an open heart. I apply what I've learned in mind and bodywork in an honest, educated, and intuitive way.

I’ve been a massage therapist since 2013. I went to college for massage and received an associate degree in massage therapy. I’ve served thousands of people as an expert in pain relief from massage, hypnotherapy, yoga, and other body work tools; I have consistently increased the range of motion and decreased the pain of every person I’ve served. I bring a compassionate and intuitive education to my practice to make sure that you get everything you need out of your session with me.

I’m a food healing instructor, level 1&2 Qi Gong instructor, 200-hour yoga instructor, CEU certified in multiple neuromuscular and myofascial courses, 2nd degree Reiki certified, I am a board certified Hypnotherapist, and I have an arsenal of mind and body work tools to add to the therapy session.

Nothing makes me happier than to bring relief to the people that I serve and I devote my life to learning ways to give that to you!
