Massage Therapist

Thomas grew up in Indiana before moving to Utah to attend BYU, initially studying English, editing, and dance.

After his time there, he attended the Utah College of Massage Therapy, graduating in 2016. He then worked at both a spa and chiropractic office, specializing in deep tissue massage, lymphatic massage, shiatsu, and Swedish massage.

He has worked with many patients in injury recovery, specifically with whiplash and other neck-related injuries.

He loves working with neck and shoulder issues as well as other rehabilitation-focused modalities, but he also highly values massage focused on relaxation as he's found great personal benefit for his own anxiety through massage. After leaving the chiropractic and spa world a few years ago, he has continued to practice independently and is excited to join the Dr. Dot team.

In addition to practicing massage, Thomas has explored several other career paths, including editor, product manager, and human resources. He currently works as the HR manager for a mortgage company and loves that through working in HR and massage, he can empower others to live better.

He enjoys dancing, playing piano, reading, and games of all kinds, and he looks forward to helping you meet your health goals with massage.
