Massage Therapist

Hey guys, I'm Abi and I'm a sports massage therapist from South Wales.

I absolutely love my job, I love being able to help people get those aches and pains out and no longer feel like they are in constant pain.

I specialize in deep tissue massage which includes ishemic pressure, tapotement, cross fibre frictions, soft tissue release, muscle energy technique and connective tissue massage.

Sports massage isn't just for those who play a sport, it helps everyone. It increases tissue flexibility, increases local circulation, helps in recovery and general relaxation Alongside my sports massage I am also a qualified level 3 personal trainer and love helping my clients achieve their goals I pride myself on being patient, in good shape and a fantastic listener.

I will listen to what you need to achieve from the massage and will draw skills from different disciplines to make the massage treatment unique to you.
