Having made a firm decision to achieve a better work/life balance and ultimately become centered in a more impactful profession, Phyllis chose to change careers and pursued her passion; an education in Massage Therapy.

She is a dedicated and steadfast believer in the benefits of holistic wellness; for the restoration of a healthy system of wholeness within the body, spirit, and mind connection. Her intuitive; therapeutic touch is client-centered and tailored using various techniques of muscle and connective tissue manipulation to increase body function, decrease inflammation, and aid in the healing of the human energy system.

Phyllis' core focus is to unwind the strained body and provide relaxation while restoring its alignment, length, and natural balance. Her treatment is designed to support your journey in wellbeing.
