Hello, my name is Essi and I come from Helsinki Finland.

When I was young I always envied people who knew what they wanted to be when they grew old… I had no idea. As I did not know what I wanted I moved to the Swiss mountains, to a ski town called Verbier, and lived as a ski bum for few years.

Being inspired by the multi cultural environment I wanted to find a more serious way to stay so I took a massage course hoping to find stable work there. But little did I know that this work would become so much more than only a way to make money. It became my thing. I graduated as a massage therapist 1999.

Few years working and doing an apprentice with a local Healer woman opened my eyes for a whole new world. I started to be passionate about work and the human being. In 2002 I started my studies of osteopathy from which I graduated spring 2007. v Today I am a qualified Osteopath and Massage Therapist & just loving what I do. With all the treatments that I do (Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lomi-Lomi, Reflexology) my aim is to heal and to give an overall good feeling.

After living ten years in different countries I returned home to Helsinki where I continue meeting interesting people and learning about life. I am now a proud Mother which keeps me busier than ever.

This is one of the many reasons Dr Dot’s offer to work for her was an opportunity that I just couldn’t pass up.
