Hello My name is Elana. I have lived in the great state of Maine my whole life.

I spend a lot of time in nature, by the ocean, hiking and playing with my two cats. My other passion is eating good, organic food. I have a passion for healing others through a mind, body, spirit approach.

I've been doing Reiki since I was 12. I got certified through one of the oldest practicing Reiki Masters in the West, John Harvey Gray. I have been a certified massage therapist since 2007. I love what I do.

If you're feeling like you want to feel great for your show or other event, I can help with nervous jitters through a variety of modalities including emotional freedom technique, Polarity, balancing chakras and so on.

I also love the benefits of aromatherapy so prepare for an experience that helps all the senses relax, rejuvenate and get grounded with me.
