Melissa was born in California raised in Utah where she gained her education through the Utah College of Massage Therapy Professional Massage program.

Her professional training includes Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Russian/American Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Acupressure as well as Infant Massage. She worked the better part of her 9yrs of work experience in Los Angeles working on a range of different clientele which was anywhere from pro athletes training for a big event coming up, to even those with needs for post op surgery attention or even chronic pain.

Her style of massage is one that is intuitive where the pressure is specific to the feel of the muscle being worked on. She learns from her feedback as she goes through the treatment process using a type of push and pull in working the muscles so that it's a massage you're not soon to forget. She'll have you making improvements in no time whether it's for controlling stress or controlling pain, and endurance.

She has the goal of helping heal one body at a time assisting in regaining balance to the mind, body, and energy of any individual willing to work with her and follow guidance on self care. She will put in the energy needed to helping you solve your aches and pains or at the very least help you understand, and be aware of your body's communication.
