Hello, I am Monica.

I fell off Grand Canyon in 1992, broke my back and began my journey in the healing arts.

I am a certified deep tissue in Rolfing and techniques in 1996. It was a four month immersion course in Hacienda del Sol, Costa Rica 1997, I began my training to be shiatsu massage therapist in Whistler BC Canada.

I have worked for Vida Spa in Whistler and Vancouver. In the 20 years of working in the spa industry I have had training in cranial sacral, hydrotherapy and Ayurvedic treatments.

Recently I have stopped working full time and am using my intelligence to regenerate myself.

Almost 60 yo now, I am heading to Bali in the winters to learn Indonesian Cuisine and Astrology.
