Aloha, my name is Shelby!

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for a handful years, along with being a yoga instructor and an Ayurvedic health coach. I specialize in deep tissue and stretching. With my holistic background I look at healing as a mind, body, spirit combo. I’ve been employed with several 5 stars hotel working with celebrities and athletes often.

I’m now located here on Maui to spread aloha and practice body work. I can travel to you (any where on Maui) or I have a complete set-up in my house. I’m trained in swedish, deep tissue, lomilomi, myofascial release, prenatal, and cupping. *I’ve been told I’m tiny but mighty!*

For yoga I teach hatha, vinyasa, and yin along with meditation and reiki.
