Hello Everyone,

My name is Nela.

I fell in love with the manual therapy (hands-on work) of PT and then decided to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. I have always been asked what my style of massage is, because people have wondered how they can receive a similar massage as my technique is unique.

I would consider my approach to be focused more on helping to resolve a specific issue. I combine a variety of techniques including Deep tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Re-education, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, and some client education (ergonomic advice, stretching techniques, how to use a foam roller, etc.) to help alleviate pain and keep you feeling better longer in the most relaxing way possible.

I would say I specialize in people living with chronic pain issues. Since becoming a Massage therapist I really pride myself in tailoring each session to fit your needs and complete my ultimate goal of making every session help YOU feel restored, reset, and rejuvenated!
