Hi my name is Dee, Thank u for taking the time to read my profile, you have most certainly not wasted your time!!

I'm a Sports Therapist with 20 years experience . I can & will be as bold to say you will not be disappointed with my treatment.

I specialize in deep tissue treatments to rid of painful knotted muscles ( technically called Myofascial Trigger Points) caused by poor posture and stress in our everyday lives. I'm a facialist which gives me the knowledge for facial massage and lymphatic drainage.

I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. I have a dance & modelling background,including a practicing gymnastics and pilates instructor.

My hobbies are: Yoga ( Ashtanga Vinyasa) sketching in pencil & charcoal, & of course enjoying a broad spectrum of music. Look forward to hearing from you Dee xoxo
