Massage Therapist

Katie studied and graduated from Health Choices Holistic Massage School in Hillsborough, New Jersey.

During her 710-hour massage training, Katie’s curriculum included training in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Ohashiatsu 1, On-Site Chair Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Polarity, Anatomy and Physiology, Pathology, Somatic Studies, Professional Ethics and Business Practices.

Since her education, she has furthered her training with Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Maternity Massage, Spa treatments, Trigger Point Therapy and Active Isolated Stretching Techniques.

Katie has a genuine love for body work and enjoys integrating the different modalities she has learned to design the session to best assist in the healing of a client’s individual needs.
