I teach beginner to advanced Hatha Yoga classes, based on proper alignment, in safe strong yoga poses, while incorporating breathing techniques to guide you into bliss.

New to yoga or craving pampering time?

Treat yourself to a restorative Yoga session, allow gravity to passively open your body, gentle personal adjustments for clearing your energy and added tension release.

Kundalini awareness starts with Sun Salutations warm up, moving to a series of Kundalini poses to align the spine, awaken kundalini energy and open charkas. Kundalini awareness prepares you for meditation, Kundalini Energetics sessions or charka dance to completely experience your Kundalini energy flow.

I know the swing flaws and the yoga poses to correct issues to raise your level of performance! Do you want to lower your score and sharpen your focus and concentration?

Yoga will increase your range of motion, energize and strengthen your muscles. You will achieve an improved posture, increased organ function and alignment in all parts of the body.
