Massage Therapist

I am a graduate of The Advanced Fuller School of Massage and have been practicing massage therapy in Virginia Beach since 2003. My experience ranges from working in a chiropractic office to a yoga studio. I consider deep tissue work to be one of my strengths and have taken advanced classes in sports and injury massage. I have also taken classes in myofascial release and use those techniques to ease into deeper work with minimal discomfort. I love the challenge of bodywork! It is a unique blend of physical application,mental comprehension and individual intuition. To quote my many massage mentors, “It’s all connected.”.
