Massage Therapist

My name is Erin, I am in my 7th year as an LMT. I'm in my 3rd year of Qigong, this is a form of exercise that is slow moving for strengthening the smaller muscles which are the main movers of the body.

My food healing is for your nutrition that will help you find the foods your body absorbs for the optimal energy to get you through your day.

I consider Massage and my other modalities as another art form to go with my many hobbies of painting, drawing and jewelry making.

My mission is to motivate people and improve their bodies inside and out. Everyone has their own goals; I am here to assist each to reach that goal. I want you to harness your strength, flexibility and positivity; to enlighten and educate. Understand your own body’s weaknesses and strengthen through massage and food healing.

We will work together to keep your body functioning at its fullest. Learn which muscles need training; find ways to help keep your body from injury, through exercise and proper nutrition. I love working with people and helping them learn more about themselves.

Our bodies are Organic Machines that respond to how we treat it. A happy body will allow you to do so much more in life without pain. Don't let your muscles feel so unappreciated they want to go on strike.

The Modalities of Massage I offer are: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Orthopedic, Sports, Chakra Rebalancing, Shiatsu, Prenatal, Polarity, Reflexology, TMJ for migraines.
