AcupunctureIf I look familiar, it's because before I began studying Chinese Medicine, I was enjoying a reasonably successful career as a stand-up comedian. However, all the late nights, the onion-ring dinners, and the travel got to me, so I decided to find another way to improve the world.
In 2003, I retired from comedy, and soon thereafter I began to study Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. While obtaining my advanced degree, I had the opportunity to move to Hong Kong and intern at Baptist Hospital under the supervision of master acupuncturists. It was in Hong Kong where I treated my first professional rugby player, and learned how to get real results in the course of treating pain and repetitive motion injuries. After my return to America, I continued my post-graduate studies in pain management, and began studying Zheng Gu Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) in New York City.
Acupuncture doesn't just eliminate physical pain; Chinese Medicine can safely treat Stress, Anxiety, and Depression. In my practice, I've successfully used acupuncture to treat a variety of complaints including anxiety, fatigue, heart palpitations, and panic attacks. I've also been able to help patients quit smoking and reduce dependency on various other substances. Furthermore, acupuncture is incredibly beneficial for hormonal imbalances that can cause hair loss, infertility, hot flashes, or other maladies that might interfere with your tour.
I'm licensed to practice Chinese Medicine in both Illinois and California, and I look forward to working with you soon.
