Hi, Im Sarah, I had a career as a professional dancer touring all across Europe with theatre dance companies, I now split my time between teaching, choreographing and massage. My dance background gives me a great understanding into the workings of the body from a performing artists perspective and the anxiety that can be caused from injury.

I am a fully trained massage therapist who specializes in sports massage for dancers, physical theatre artistes and performers.

My treatments are tailor made to the individual, I am known for my strong hands and deep pressure and I am constantly continuing my development and training to provide the best service to my clients.
