Massage Therapist

For a long time I have been interested in massage techniques for their ability to help the body’s capacity to restore balance, heal itself and soothe the mind.

A good massage is not just a set of techniques; it all starts with the massage therapist being centered, surfing the energy flow with inner peace, breathing in and reconnecting with the core to deliver the next set of motions, exhaling slowly while fingers and hands follow their course on the client’s body.

I do Remedial, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Trigger Point Therapy and Acupressure / bio-energetics
