Hello! My name is Nicole.

I’m nationally certified through the NCBTMB and licensed through the state of Maryland. The modalities I practice are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofacsial Release and Jin Shin Do.

My Swedish ranges from gentle to vigorous and my Deep Tissue ranges from firm to very deep. No packaged, out of the box massages routines here! My goal is to help you feel better. Each session is tailored to suit your current needs and may include one more of the above modalities.

I bring to my craft not only an understanding of the science behind the holistic arts I practice, but also a strong sense of intuition. I am calm, centered, good-natured and always professional.

My approach to work is joyful, no matter the day or time, because I am truly thankful I get to do what I do. I look forward to working with you and helping you to achieve your health and wellness goals.
