Hello!

I am a alumni of one of the leading schools for holistic care, The Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy in Virginia Beach and practice in Pittsburgh and the surround area(s).

I have experience in Sports massage, Deep tissue, Reflexology, Swedish, Hot Stone therapy, and Prenatal massage. Using various techniques of Neuromuscular therapy, Myofacial release, Trigger point therapy, Post Isometric Relaxation stretching, Pin and stretch, Reciprocal inhibition and acupressure points.

I also offer kinesiology taping to help stabilize joint movement and aid in the healing of tense overworked muscles, great for plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow and any strain on muscles from repetitive movements.

I can offer couples massages also and prefer them to be a hot stone session as to accommodate each person lying on their own table. This massage allows you to relax with your significant other and the benefits of the heat therapy will send you both into a deeper relaxation state.
