Hello, I am Dina.

I am from the Czech Republic, currently living in Mexico.

I am a Physiotherapist and holistic bodyworker. Over the past 7 years I have been trained in many different therapeutic disciplines such as Manual techniques,Trigger point therapy, Yoga, Reiki, Classical massage, Shiatsu, Jusuli massage and Acupressure, therefore my massage incorporates the western approach as well as the eastern.

In other words my massage is aimed not only at relaxing, mobilizing and activating muscles, joints and facias, but also at rebalancing the energetic flow of my clients. Every body is different therefore every massage is applied carefully to the specific needs of each client.

I`m very dedicated to my work for it makes me very happy to create the space of relaxation and

healing. I`m fluent in English, German and Czech. I`m looking forward to give you a great massage.
