Hi, I’m Mary. I’m a native Southern Californian. I am very passionate about my work as a massage therapist/bodyworker and my clients are routinely surprised by what is possible when massage/bodywork focuses holistically on their specific needs.

My specialties are:

• Deep Bodywork (Esalen Institute, Big Sur)

• Ortho-Bionomy (Associate Practitioner)

• Swedish/Relaxation

• Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (Vodder Method)

• Reflexology

• AIS (Assisted Isolated Stretching)

I am a California Certified Massage Therapist (CMT), and I am Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB). I continually attend professional workshops to develop my skills and techniques to address client needs.

My goal is to learn and use therapeutic massage modalities to facilitate relaxation, minimize stress and reduce pain in my clients.

Every massage/bodywork session is customized for the body I am working on and I routinely use a mix of the listed modalities. The goal in massage, as in all holistic healing methods, is to balance the body and bring it to a state of health. That is what I strive to do.
