Hi, my name is Cassandra.

I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2007. I was originally introduced to massage by a family friend when I was only 16 years old.

I thought it was fascinating to learn that massage wasn't something that was used only for relaxation, but that it actually helped people to cleanse and heal from physical difficulties. I decided to go into massage therapy because I love working with people and helping them to achieve better health.

My specialties are in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, and Sports & Injury Massage. During the past four years, I have worked at my mother's alternative health clinic where I performed massage not only for physical rehabilitation, but also as an emotional release therapy. Working in this capacity has allowed me to become attuned with my client's bodies and to know their individual needs on a deeper level.

Additional places I've worked at have been for a personal weight trainer and in a chiropractic office. These experiences allowed me to treat many different types of injuries and conditions that required both massage and exercise.

I look forward to assisting you in achieving wellness and better health by using my talents in working with your individual needs.
