Welcome to Portland, my hometown! I enjoy sharing the art of massage as a way to bring relief to sore, aching muscles, and have been doing so officially for over four years.

Working for chiropractors has helped expand my knowledge of how to work with a variety of needs, including those of scoliosis, fibromyalgia, and scar tissue. My training is in traditional Thai, pregnancy, trigger point, and myo-fascial massage, among other techniques.

My goal is to provide gentle, deep work, tailored to what your body is needing on a given day. Thank you, and I look forward to working with you!
