Hi guys & gals,

allow me to introduce myself - I'm Sarah from Dublin, Ireland but currently reside in Belfast.

I'm a straight talking, people person, who enjoys life & all that it has to offer. I'd describe myself as a chilled, relaxed soul, independent & a free spirit. I love nature. I love travel - the best education you can give yourself. Oh, and did I forget to mention music ? :)

I have been qualified in therapeutic massage & the beauty industry for 16 years now. It has always been my passion. I'm told i have the gift of healing hands, something that cannot be taught. Over the years, I have learnt the power of touch can give incredible results. Combine this with an empathy for human understanding & a massage can be so much more than just a massage.

The benefits of massage speak for themselves. I'm a true believer in the hands on approach. We need to take the time out to look after ourselves both on a physical & mental level.

Now that my health & beauty business in Dublin is well established, I'm delighted to have the time to work with Dr. Dot & her professional team of therapists.

I specialize in deep tissue swedish massage & lymphatic drainage therapy but do state the depth of pressure you prefer, as I always tailor my techniques to suit YOU - the individual. I also love doing facials & head massage based on pressure points, they help clear the mind & relieve any sinus congestion.

As well as massage if you require any beauty treatments please enquire with Dr. Dot as I'm fully qualified in all aspects of beauty, including; anti-aging facials, waxing, spray tan, nails, make-up & lashes!
